Choose what we arrange
We arrange your licensed guide. Choose whether we also handle hotels, transport, meals, entry fees, visa and SDF, or arrange those yourself. Government fees and entry requirements still apply.

Review your quote and book
Your itemised quote separates our arrangements from your own. Ask for changes, check the inclusions and booking terms, then confirm with the payment shown in your quote.

Travel with a guide we know
Agree your arrival plans and share any remaining bookings. Your guide helps with the day-to-day details and adapts the pace with you, allowing for booked services, opening times and safety requirements.

Use your confirmed overnight stops and planned walks to decide what to pack. Before departure, check your arrival arrangements and any spending outside your quote in your existing booking conversation.

Booking questions
Can I book my own hotels and transport?
Yes. We arrange your licensed guide, and you choose what else we handle. You can book approved accommodation and transport yourself, or ask us to arrange them. Tell us about existing bookings so we can coordinate the route.
Are visa, SDF and entry fees included?
Our advertised complete-package prices include visa, SDF and the entry fees in the itinerary. With a flexible quote, you choose which arrangements we handle. Your quote separates our services from anything you arrange or pay for yourself. Applicable government fees and entry requirements still apply.
Who guides the tours?
A licensed Bhutanese guide certified by the Department of Tourism. Tell us how much structure you prefer. Your guide can suggest stops and adapt the pace with you, within your confirmed bookings and the relevant access and safety requirements.
Do I pay a deposit or full amount?
For trips more than 60 days away, you can book with a 20% deposit or pay in full. The balance is due 60 days before arrival. Trips departing in 60 days or less require full payment at booking. Refund terms apply to all payments.
Is payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed via Stripe with secure card handling and clear refund terms.
