The legal terms behind every booking. Trips are guided on the ground by licensed Bhutanese guides certified by the Department of Tourism; we coordinate the booking, payments, and your point of contact end to end.
Bookings & payments
Full payment is collected at booking to confirm your dates. Prices are in USD unless stated. Payments are processed via Stripe.
Bookings are subject to availability and the terms in our refund policy.
Inclusions
Listed prices include the Sustainable Development Fee (SDF), required permits, licensed guide/driver, and in-country transport as specified in the itinerary. International flights are excluded unless explicitly stated.
Guides & compliance
On-ground services are provided by licensed Bhutanese guides certified by the Department of Tourism, in accordance with Bhutan tourism regulations. We coordinate payments, permits, and support, and remain your point of contact.
Cancellations & refunds
Refunds follow our refund policy. One date change or cancellation requested at least 60days before departure has no Bhutan Guided administration fee. Date changes remain subject to availability and price differences. Refunds exclude documented government, banking, payment-processing, and supplier charges that cannot be recovered. Force majeure events may affect itineraries; we'll seek fair resolutions where possible.
Liability
We act as booking and payment facilitator. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for acts or omissions of third-party guides, drivers, hotels, or other suppliers, or for losses arising from events beyond our control. Nothing limits consumer rights under applicable law.
